Our story begins
Cédric Monnier and Jessica Xu found MEI Group, bringing together experience in television, gaming and telecommunications with a shared ambition to build sustainable media businesses.
ABOUT OKAST
OKAST is the media services platform developed by MEI Group. We combine technology and media expertise to help you launch, operate, distribute and monetize your service.
We come from television. We know that a strong programme can remain unseen because distribution is fragmented, operations are complex or the economics do not work at the scale of its publisher.
Our purpose is to close that gap. From an independent specialist service to a major broadcaster, every customer should be able to reach an audience, build a viable business model and rely on people who understand media.
Our customers do not all need the same operation. They all deserve the same commitment.
Cédric Monnier and Jessica Xu found MEI Group, bringing together experience in television, gaming and telecommunications with a shared ambition to build sustainable media businesses.
With FlameFy, we help media companies better understand and activate their audiences. Our company is supported by the TF1 and Audiens incubators as our ambition grows.
We create OKAST to make professional streaming accessible to media organisations of every size. Qwest TV becomes our first reference service.
Two years after launch, we have already deployed 150 OTT services for media companies, content owners and specialist publishers.
We lead FAST4EU to help European content owners build channels, understand the FAST market and access new distribution opportunities.
We pass the milestone of 50 FAST channels launched. ASAP4EU opens our next chapter in advanced advertising for connected television.
Our platform, distribution network and Curiosa intelligence now work together with our product, account management, channel operations and support teams.
Cédric and Jessica combine product vision and media strategy with business-model and financial leadership. Since founding MEI Group in 2013, they have turned major shifts in television and streaming into services that customers can launch, operate and scale with confidence.

Cédric leads OKAST’s product vision and strategy. Drawing on his experience across television, streaming and distribution, he turns market needs into products that media teams can launch, operate and scale.

Jessica leads MEI Group and its business and financial strategy, drawing on her experience in gaming and telecommunications.
